Head to Atlanta to see a concert of a real rock n roller from way back; George Thorogood and The Destroyers.
Atlanta Symphony Hall was big enough... and small enough to be right there on stage for the performance.
George is a real rock and roller from the old school. He's not "like" Mick Jagger and the stones... he's his own rocker with his own style; hard and gritty rock. Had to change T-shirts he sweat so much.
It was hard to get a good clear pic of George 'cause he moved around so much.... too much energy moving.
George is high energy. If we could harness the energy from this concert we could have lit up half of Atlanta... maybe the whole metro Atlanta.
The Destroyers were all excellent musicians and played fantastic backup.
You never drink twice from the same stream.
