I do not see how the Native American indians did it... lived through the brutal cold of a winter... up in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. .. and other Western states, These are some hearty folk!
I've got some pix that I will add of the drooping limbs of a Ponderosa pine tree tha made a natural "tent" to live in during the snow/ winter.
Will add these pix in time....
And the pioneers on the prarie in a wagon... w/ 30mph winds in the cold.... hearty stock!
