Baker Creek, Bow River trout fishing

Tracks of the StoneBear  BNF = Banff, BC  journey

British Columbia/ Alberta, Canada

August 2014  BNF 1

Baker Creek, Baker Creek Chalets near Lake Louise, Alberta

Baker Creek is out back 120' from the chalet rooms.

At the confluence of Baker Creek and the Bow River.

100+ yards down from the chalets is this Canadian Pacific RR track Bridge. Standing on the bridge looking downstream 100 yards is the Bow River. The Bow River is famous... legendary for trout fishing.

On the bridge looking upstream. Beautiful Canadian Rockies.

Here at Tracks of the StoneBear the rule is: anytime you get to take a little time for throwing a hook in... take it. Make time for it.  Everything at the office is doing fine without you. And if you don't have fishing gear... notice the small popiel pocket fisherman....  There is NO excuse for wading and getting your feet wet in EVERY stream.
