Pisa, Italy Yes, it does lean
Lucca train station by 0930.
30 to 40 minute train to Pisa.
From the train could see a magnificent Dome structure.
Walked about 3 blocks up to the city wall
inside the city wall several Acres of grass lawn is the Piazza del Duomo.
The next rectangular building is Cathedral Campo Santo
And the tall circular tower of Pisa… and it is leaning.
Exploring around a couple of hours and you just magnificent Wonder how this could be so beautiful another ancient UNESCO City with all this history.
You just have to overlook the horde of crowds a tourists. There's just no getting away from the massive numbers of people. You can't get a picture without some tourist walking into it or hundreds standing right in the front of it so you just take the pictures and just ignore the tourists.
Walking around by the round baptistery over to the corner where you could go up on top of the wall and walk around the city or at least around around the main part around the cathedral's overlooking the cathedrals and the view is just you just can't fathom how unique this is.
I can't describe what I see in Pisa and verbal terms. You just have to look at it the pictures and they don't even do justice. this was a phenomenal place and really something you just don't forget.
You never drink twice from the same stream.
Just because you wander doesn't mean you're lost.
