Taco Bus Dillon, Montana

Tacos, Tacos, Tacos.... Taquiros on the go...

Looking around Dillon, Montana to see what was there. After seeing the south end of town and the Beaverhead county museum-- which was really good with a lot of area history-- went back up the main drag. And I saw the Taco bus.

Thought it was funny at first. Mobile taco bus kitchen can drive off when the health dept comes this way. yeah, funny. Got to check this out.

Went inside and saw the front driver half with a shelf counter on each side to eat at. Back half of the bus was the kitchen. Guys working hard in the back. Asked one of the patrons waiting what the food was like; best there is! Well... give me a taquiro. He was right... one of the best I've ever eaten. Better than taquiros I had in Mexicali, Mexico.

Now Tracks of the StoneBear has a long love affair with peppers. AKA : Chilies Not only have I enjoyed cooking with... raised many different peppers at home. Jalapeno, Sorrento, Bananna, Cayenne, and Habaneros each added their own unique signature to cooking, but the Pablanos and Anahiem peppers had a rich deep pepper flavor-- not hot-- for some of the best tex-mex and chili dishes.

I know peppers, and this mobile taco kitchen food was really good. Good enough that I got 2 more to go. Good job, well done guys!

You never drink twice from the same stream.

Just because you wander doesn't mean you're lost.
